Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Part66Exams ("we", "us", "our") at www.part66exams.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Part66Exams provides online practice questions, mock exams, explanations and study material to help candidates prepare for EASA Part-66 aircraft maintenance licence examinations and equivalent national schemes. The Service is a study aid only.

What Part66Exams is not

• We are independent. We are not affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by EASA, the UK CAA or any other national aviation authority (such as CASA, GCAA, DGCA, CAAS or CAD).
• We are not an approved Part-147 maintenance training organisation and not an examination body. Using the Service does not count as approved training, does not give exam credit, and does not lead to any licence or certificate.
• Our questions are practice questions written and compiled to cover the Part-66 syllabus. They are not official examination questions, and we do not claim that they match the questions in any real exam.
• Regulations and syllabi change. Always check requirements against the current official publications of your aviation authority.

Accounts

• Each account is for one named person. You may not share, lend, sell or transfer your account or login details, or let anyone else use your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us straight away at info@part66exams.com if you think someone else has used it.
• You must give accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country.

Subscriptions and payment

• Access to paid content requires an active subscription. Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page and are charged through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Unless required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
• Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our content and your licence

All content on the Service is owned by or licensed to Part66Exams and is protected by copyright and database rights. This includes the questions, answer options, explanations, study notes, the selection and arrangement of the question bank, the software and the design.

While your account is in good standing (and, for paid content, while your subscription is active), we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the content for your own exam preparation. Subscribing does not transfer any ownership or other rights in the content to you.

What you may not do

Unless the law expressly allows it, you may not:

• Copy, download, screenshot or record content in bulk, or rebuild all or part of the question bank anywhere else.
• Publish or share content outside the Service, for example on other websites or apps, forums, social media, messaging groups (such as WhatsApp or Telegram), cloud drives or file-sharing services.
• Sell, rent, sub-license or otherwise use the content commercially. This includes using it to teach or train others (for example in a school, a Part-147 organisation or a company) without a written agreement with us. For group or organisation access, contact us.
• Share your account or let other people use it.
• Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, scripts or any other automated means to access, extract or copy content, or use the content to build or train datasets or AI/machine-learning models.
• Get around access controls, usage limits or security measures, or try to reach paid content without a subscription.
• Submit false quiz results or otherwise manipulate the leaderboard or rankings.
• Remove or change any copyright or ownership notice.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, try to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Discussing an individual question with other users in our own Q&A forum is fine.

Enforcement

To protect the Service we may review usage for signs of shared accounts, automated access or copying, such as unusually high volumes or the same account being used from different places at the same time.

If you breach these Terms, we may warn you, limit your access, or suspend or close your account immediately and without a refund for any remaining subscription period, to the extent the law allows. We may also end your licence to the content, ask for copied material to be removed (including by sending takedown notices to hosting providers and platforms), and take any other legal action available to us. If you see our material shared or sold elsewhere, please tell us at info@part66exams.com.

Leaderboard and Q&A posts

If you set a display name, it appears on the leaderboard with your scores, and it is shown next to anything you post in the Q&A forum. Posts are visible to other users. Keep them respectful and on topic, and do not post content you do not have the right to share. We may edit or remove posts and display names that break these Terms.

Errors in the material

We work to keep the questions and explanations accurate, but mistakes can happen. If you think an answer or explanation is wrong, please tell us at info@part66exams.com and we will review it.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" for study purposes. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors, or that using it will result in passing any official examination.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Part66Exams shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or the outcome of any examination arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, as described under Enforcement. You may stop using the Service at any time, cancel your subscription from your account, and ask us to delete your account by emailing us.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
