These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Part66Exams ("we", "us", "our") at www.part66exams.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Part66Exams provides online practice questions and study material to help candidates prepare for EASA Part-66 aircraft maintenance licence examinations. The Service is a study aid only.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country. You may not share your account with others.

Subscriptions and payment

  • Access to paid content requires an active subscription. Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page and are charged through our payment processor, Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Unless required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, resell, redistribute or publish the questions or content of the Service.
  • Attempt to access the Service by any means other than the provided interface.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

All content on the Service, including questions, explanations and design, is owned by or licensed to Part66Exams and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the content for your own study only.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" for study purposes. While we work to keep the material accurate, we do not guarantee that it is error-free or that using it will result in passing any official examination. Part66Exams is not affiliated with EASA or any national aviation authority, and the Service is not an official examination.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Part66Exams shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
